Hospice social Workers Consortium (HSWC) Group Educational Series

Faculty: Wilma J. Peeples MSSW/LCSW/LMFT/BCD
The Center for Professional Development and continuing Education will coordinate an educational format to meet the professional and continuing education needs of the HSWC group participants. The educational activities will be submitted to the appropriate licensure board(s) for continuing education credits. The programs will meet the appropriate levels of practice at the beginners, intermediate and advance. Participants will need to attend the entire time period in order to receive the full credit hours per session of 1.5 Continuing Education (CE) Hours.

To enhance your professional knowledge, skills and abilities for best practice in the delivery of quality services to patients/clients and their families.
To prevent professional burnout and demonstrate professional standards of care as related to the applicable professional guidelines, agency's policies and procedures, federal and state laws and regulations and, the professional code of ethics.
